CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please move all trash/recycling containers to the side or rear of structure on non-collection days.
2. Please remove or register boat and trailer and all other non-operable vehicles located on property.
3. Please remove trash, tools, tool boxes and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
4. Please refrain from parking vehicles on grass.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150.00 per day be assessed.
