SUBJECT:
Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Slavin Management Consultants to conduct a search for the Fort Pierce City Attorney in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
SUMMARY:
In 2021, the City accepted a proposal from Slavin Management Consultants to conduct a search for the City Attorney. With the resignation of the candidate selected by Slavin within two years from the date of hire, Slavin is required by the 2021 proposal to redo the search for no professional fee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept agreement with Slavin Management Consultants
