2. September 21, 2022 - A Notice of Extension of Time of 90 days was granted.
3. March 21, 2023 - An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was prepared and recorded on March 22, 2023, and a fine of $100.00 per day began to accrue. As of May 8, 2023 the fine totals $4,820.00, which includes $20.00 in recording fees.
4. March 29, 2023 a letter from the owner was received by the Building Department requesting a hearing to contest the accruing fines.
