SUBJECT:
Approval of Service Agreement for Bid No. 2022-028, Fuel Dispensers Replacement, to Spatco Energy Solutions LLC, Sunrise, FL in the amount of $97,561.00
SUMMARY:
At the January 3, 2023, City Commission meeting, Commission awarded the subject bid to Spatco Energy Solutions, LLC, to replace Fuel Dispensers located at the CIty Marina which regards upgrading to be compatible for a Marine Environment due to salt air. These enhancements will help us stay current in technological trends and improve our customer experience.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
