SUBJECT:
Approval of letter of support for Lincoln Park Mainstreet in its pursuit of funding to complete improvements to the 1,982 square feet of space in the Means Court Center currently occupied by the organization.
SUMMARY:
Lincoln Park Mainstreet is requesting a letter of support from the FPRA in its quest to secure funding to assist in completing improvements to the 1,982 square feet of space in the Means Court Center currently occupied by the organization. The renovations include the following:
A. Paint the front office and conference room to include the front entry door into the office space to a neutral color approved by the City.
B. Replace floorboards in the front office and conference room.
C. Paint all the remaining walls in the office space.
D. Remove carpet and replace it with vinyl plank waterproof flooring in Classroom # 101 which is used for Lincoln Park Black Archives.
E. Paint walls in Classroom #101 which is used for Lincoln Park Black Archives.
F. Paint the door in Classroom #101 which is used for Lincoln Park Black Archives.
G. Paint walls in both bathrooms located within the office space occupied by Lincoln Park Main Street.
H. Replace toilets in both bathrooms located within the office space occupied by Lincoln Park Main Street.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA.
