SUBJECT:
Approval of $122,674.43 to go towards the purchase of surveillance cameras within the boundaries of the FPRA.
SUMMARY:
The Fort Pierce Police Department is requesting $122,673.43 to go towards the purchase of surveillance cameras that will be installed within the FPRA boundaries. This acquisition and subsequent installation support the purpose of the FPRA, to prevent crime by the utilization of community policing innovations.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
