SUMMARY

Attached is an application for a Final Plat (23-09000011) approval for the subject properties. The properties are zoned general commercial, C-3, and designated a Future Land Use of General Commercial, GC.
  • The Final Plat subdivides the 3 parcels into 5 separate plots.
