SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R38 reappointing Frank "Hank" Fee, IV to the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority Board as the District 2 representative.
SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the Charter Review Committee's recommendation via Resolution 18-R23, one resident of District 2 shall be appointed for a four-year term to the FPUA Board by the Commissioners of District 2 by mutual agreement; in the event District 2 Commissioners do not agree on the appointee, each District 2 Commissioner will make a nomination and the Mayor shall select one of the two nominees as the FPUA Board Member. This seat shall be referred to as FPUA District 2 Seat. The current term of Mr. Fee expires on September 30, 2023 and Mr. Frank "Hank" Fee, IV is seeking reappointment.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution reappointing Mr. Fee to his second term on the FPUA Board.
ALTERNATIVES:
Seek new candidates.
