SUBJECT:
Approval Executing a PAD Mural Program Artist Services Agreement with Zoey Bridges, 500 Orange Ave for $2,072
SUMMARY:
Property owner applications were released in February, and soon after a call-for-artist application cycle was conducted in March. At this juncture, property owners that are participating in the program selected the mural designs they would like painted on their property. As a result, the selected artists are agreeing to enter into an agreement with the FPRA to proceed with the commencement of the murals. If the FPRA Board approves to execute the agreement, it will permit staff to expend the program funds and begin the mural activities with the artists.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to execute the Artist Services Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the board.
