SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R39 Modifying Registration and Renewal Fees for Short Term and Vacation Rentals.
SUMMARY:
At the Conference Agenda Meeting on June 12, 2023, consensus of the Mayor and City Commission was to reduce the initial registration fee and further reduce the fee upon renewal based upon the revised estimates of staff time and costs associated with administering the program; and
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Adopt with modifications.
