Future Land Use Map Amendment - Selvitz Road Mixed Use - Parcel IDs:2432-211-0006-000-3, 2432-211-0005-000-6, 2432-343-0001-000-4
SUMMARY:
Request for review of application for a Future Land Use Map Amendment of three (3) parcels of land to change the Future Land Use designation from Low Density Residential (RL) to Mixed-Use Development (MXD).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Approval of the request for the following reasons:
- The subject parcel is adjacent to existing FLU Designations of I, Industrial, INST, Institutional, and RL, Low Density Residential
- Consistent with Section 125-136 of City Code & the Comprehensive Plan
- Does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare
