SUBJECT:
Approve request for the Fort Pierce Police Department to utilize $122,673.44 of Law Enforcement Trust Funds for the purchase of surveillance cameras.
SUMMARY:
The Fort Pierce Police Department is requesting approval to utilize $122,673.44 of Law Enforcement Trust Funds to purchase surveillance cameras. The total price of this project is $245,346.87 with $122,673.43 of the funding previously approved through the FPRA at the June 13, 2023, meeting. The cameras purchased with FPRA funding will be installed in the FPRA area.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
