SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 23-051 amending Chapter 22, Article X Short Term and Vacation Rental Regulations to amend responsible person requirements and other minor revisions . FIRST READING
SUMMARY:
The Mayor and City Commission discussed the STR/VR registration program at their conference agenda meeting on June 12, 2023 whereby minor changes to the code were deemed necessary and prudent, to include the removal of the requirement for the responsible person to reside within St. Lucie County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the ordinance

Modify the ordinance or do not make any changes.
