SUBJECT:
Approval of the Police Department's annual purchase orders over $10,000 for FY2023-2024 for a total of $689,727.
SUMMARY:
All the Police Department Divisions will purchase equipment, services and materials from the vendors with the best prices and products to meet the Department's specific needs. Please see the attached list of vendors, amounts, and descriptions of products/services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this request.
ALTERNATIVES:
The alternative would be to issue individual purchase orders for every purchase, which would be very time-consuming and will lead to inefficiencies.
