CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Move all trash/recycling containers to the side or rear of structure on non-collection days.
2. Remove clothing, bags, boards, boxes, tires, plastic pieces, and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
3. Mow and clean off fence lines.

RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation(s) exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 10 days to move trash, yard, and recycle bins.
- The violator(s) be given 10 days to remove clothing, bags, boards, boxes, tires and other items from the driveway and yard.
- The violator(s) be given 10 days to mow and clean off fence lines.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
