SUBJECT:
Approval of Assignment of Agreement from Cardno Inc to Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
SUMMARY:
In response to RFQ No. 2019-027 and on August 4, 2020 the City entered into an agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Cardno, Inc. The term of this contract shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning on August 4, 2020.
Since the execution of that agreement, Cardno Inc was purchased by Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
This request is to assign the existing agreement with Cardno to Stantec.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends assigning the agreement to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
