SUBJECT:
Approval of Letter of engagement with GrayRobinson, P.A. for Governmental Consulting Services in the amount of $54,000.
SUMMARY:
The original agreement between the City and GrayRobinson, P.A. to provide governmental consulting services expires soon. The renewal letter of engagement has the same terms as agreed upon last year. The agreement has been approved by the City Attorney as to form and correctness.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Letter of Engagement with GrayRobinson for Governmental Consulting Services.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
