SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R55 Authorizing the City to enter into a lease with the United States of America for tenant, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), of the 4th Floor of the Sunrise Center, 310 Orange Avenue.
SUMMARY:
The City originally responded to a solicitation by the GSA for office space for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
RECOMMENDATION:
Proceed as directed by the City Commission.
ALTERNATIVES:
Continue to negotiate or withdraw offer to lesae.
