The subject parcel has a Future Land Use designation of General Commercial (GC) and an underlying Zoning designation of Commercial Parkway Zone (CP-1). The petitioner is proposing the development of a 207,458-sf industrial building with associated site improvements.
Since the original site plan and construction plans have been reviewed and approved, the client has made a minor revision to the approved site. The revisions include adding 3 car parking spaces on the western side of the building, doubling an existing ramp size, adding fencing around 7 truck parking spaces for outdoor storage, and adding an additional ramp adjacent to the proposed parking spaces and proposed fenced area.
