CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 10 days to remove or adjust the height of the fence.
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions to address the fence maintenance.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
