Zoning Text Amendment - Sec. 125-322 - Fences Abutting Railway Right-of-Way
SUMMARY
Proposed zoning code change to permit properties abutting a railway line or railway right of way to erect a fence of up to eight (8) feet in height along the rear and side property lines within the rear yard area. The maximum height for fences within the front yard setback shall remain as provided.
