3. October 10, 2023 - An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was recorded, and a fine of $100.00 per day began to accrue. As of November 16, 2023 the fine totals $3,830.00, which includes $30.00 in recording fees.
4. October 19, 2023 a letter from the manager was received by the Building Department requesting a further extension of time to comply.
