Applicant Steve Croce is proposing a minor amendment to the Fire House Youth Site Plan. The amendment consists of a new modular trailer, a new tank and the reconfiguration of a drain field. This amendment is at 5300 Melville Road, more specifically at Parce lD:3403-502-0075-010-6. The parcel has a Future Land Use of NC, Neighborhood Commercial, and a zoning of C-2, Neighborhood Commercial.
