RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions, if needed to remove the dead palm trees.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $150.00 per day being assessed.
