RFP 2024-012 - Disposal of Surplus Property - 1620 Avenue E

SUMMARY:

The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at 1620 Avenue E, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-816-0003-000-2, with a legal description of: HIGHLAND PARK RE-S/D BLK 1 LOT 3(OR 3675-2391). The property was declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on January 19, 2021, via Resolution 21-R10. Request for Proposal (RFP) number 2024-012 was issued on October 27, 2023. The invitation was sent to 455 vendors. Nine (9) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding.

RECOMMENDATION:

In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at 1620 Avenue E, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-816-0003-000-2, with a legal description of: HIGHLAND PARK RE-S/D BLK 1 LOT 3(OR 3675-2391) to Sunrise City Concrete Services, Inc.
