SUBJECT:
Submittal of applications for appointment to the Code Enforcement Board (alternate member) for consideration.
SUMMARY:
Submittal of applications from Mr. James Flynn and Mr. David E. Boone for appointment to open alternate member position on the Code Enforcement Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Based on the fact that Mr. Flynn has attended all Special Magistrate hearings and Code Board hearings for the past several months to familiarize himself with the code enforcement procedures, staff recommends appointing Mr. James (Jim) Flynn as the alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board.
ALTERNATIVES:
Appoint Mr. David E. Boone as the alternate Code Board Member.
