The above project site plan was approved by the city on January 18, 2023 as a 35 ac 442 ksf industrial development. The site plan approval is valid until May 14, 2025. A site plan amendment is proposed to reduce the lot area to 26.53 ac and the building to 390 ksf. The use remains the same as industrial, office/warehouse.
