SUBJECT:
Resolution 24-R09 Authorizing the City to enter into a lease with the United States of America for tenant, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), of the 4th Floor of the Sunrise Center, 310 Orange Avenue.
SUMMARY:
The City originally responded to a solicitation by the GSA for office space for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends a thorough review of the lease, as well as the attached documents, and determine if they meet the City Commission's strategic goals.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
