RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:

- Move all trash/recycling containers to the side or rear of the structure on non-collection days.
- Remove the boards from all windows throughout the property.
- Cut all overgrown bushes, hedges, grass, and trees throughout the property.
- Remove cement blocks, coolers, and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
- Repair the roof where rotting and deterioration has occurred. A permit may be required. If you have any questions, please contact the building department at (772) 467-3718.
- Pressure wash or paint the home where molding, chipping and deterioration has occurred.
