SUBJECT:
Approval of a piggyback agreement with Cintas for the purchase of AED machines and a service contract in the annual amount of $15,048.00 for five years.
SUMMARY:
This is a Piggyback Agreement based on a competitively bid contract between Cintas and the University of Nebraska. The City will receive 19 AED Machines with Service for five (5) years, pursuant to the Agreement. The annual price of purchase is $15,048.00. The total price for five (5) years is $75,240.00. The AED machines will be placed at City buildings and properties.
