SUBJECT:
Approval of Interlocal Agreement (Development of the Port of Fort Pierce) and Fisherman's Wharf Land Acquisition (Phase 1) Project Agreement with St. Lucie County.
SUMMARY:
At the Joint Meeting with St. Lucie County on November 4, 2015, the City Commission directed staff to schedule both agreements for approval at the next scheduled City Commission meeting. Subsequently, Commissioner Sessions suggested changes to the draft interlocal agreement, and these recommendations have been attached for your review.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of both agreements.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
