SUBJECT:
Approval of award of the Indian Hills Golf Course (IHGC) Site Expansion construction project to the low bidder, PRP Construction, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $757,149.80.
SUMMARY:
The construction project includes the construction of four (4) pickleball courts, a 35' x 75' pervious turf golf cart staging area, a parking lot for 36 vehicles, complete with on-site storm drainage conveyance system, concrete pedestrian sidewalks, landscaping, parking lot lighting, and water/sewer connections to service the future golf cart barn and clubhouse construction.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends awarding the construction contract to PRP Construction LLC.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny and re-advertise for bids.
