RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Remove boards, metal pieces, and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view.
- Pressure wash and paint the peeling and discolored areas of the building.
- Repair the fence where it is falling and leaning.
- Replace or remove the peeling signage in the windows.
- Repair or replace the painted signage where it is peeling.
- Replace the metal trim that is rusting and peeling on the awning.
- Repair areas of stucco damage to the awning.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
