While the overall proposal is consistent with Secretary of the Interior Standards, staff recommends the Historic Preservation Board approve the request with the following conditions and recommendations:
· All mechanical equipment must meet setbacks requirements.
· Additional architectural details, like decorative window shutters or colonial window grid be incorporated into the final design to better comport with the character of the historic district;
· As many trees as possible will be preserved;
