A Voluntary Application for Annexation application is submitted by Savannah Landing Partners, LLC. The applicant is proposing to annex two (2) parcels into the City. The current County Future Land Use is RH, Residential High (15 du/a) and County designation of RM-11, Residential Medium. The Parcel IDs are: 2427-801-0056-000-3 (Dickson Driver) and 2427-801-0053-000-2 (310 Dickson Drive). The combined parcels are approximately 7.30 acres.
