The subject parcel has a Future Land Use designation of General Commercial (GC) and an underlying Zoning designation of Commercial Parkway Zone (CP-1). The petitioner is proposing to add an additional ramp at one of the bay doors on the west side of the existing 207,458-sf industrial building.
Since the original site plan and construction plans have been reviewed and approved, the client has made a minor revision to the approved site. The revision includes adding a single ramp on the west side of the building that will eliminate one (1) truck parking space. The site does have sufficient parking, therefore, losing a parking space for a ramp will keep the site plan in compliance with the parking regulations.
