CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Replace all missing smoke alarms.
- Drywall has been replaced without a permit, obtain a permit.
- The door and door frame must be weather tight. Repair or replace the door and/or weather stripping.
- Repair the roof.
- Repair all water damaged ceilings. Repair all holes in the interior walls and ceiling.
- Repair or replace the rotting sub-floor in the bathroom. Due to the condition of the floor the toilet is no longer securely mounted.
- There is evidence of termites. Have the structure treated for termites and provide documentation of treatment.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
