RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Paint all barewood and peeling areas on the home.
- Obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions to properly cover exterior walls to be weather tight over the base weather paper.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
