RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Properly board up and secure all windows and doors.
- Paint all peeling areas and bare wood.
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions to address:
- Repair walls where there is damage and holes in the bricks.
- Repair and replace the rotting and missing wood on the fascia and soffit areas around the home.
- Ensure doors are properly installed and secured for the home.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
