SUBJECT:
Approval of Settlement Agreement in K & K II, Inc. v City of Fort Pierce (Case #562013CA002183 BC) in the amount of $87,500.00.
SUMMARY:
The City Attorney has reached a settlement with K & K II, Inc. on the claim against the City of Fort Pierce relating to the Sunrise Theatre "free ticket" convenant.
Attached is a copy of the Settlement Agreement already signed by K & K. The agreement requires Commission approval and is being submitted to the City Commission with such recommendation.
