SUBJECT:
Approve staff recommendation to award Request for Proposal #2016-003 - Banking Services to Harbor Community Bank.
SUMMARY:
The City's Finance Department solicited proposals for banking services from several financial institutions; there were three responses. Of the three responses Harbor Community proposed to offer the services at the best overall cost to the City.
RECOMMENDATION:
Award the banking services proposal to Harbor Community Bank.
ALTERNATIVES:
Contract with another bank who can provide the service needs of the City at additional cost.
