SUBJECT:
Approval of Construction Contract with PRP Construction Group, LLC., for the Indian Hills Golf Course Expansion project, Bid No. 2024-018 for the construction of a parking lot, sidewalks, a golf cart staging area, and four pickleball courts in an amount not to exceed $757,149.80.
SUMMARY:
At the City Commission meeting on April 15, 2024, the Commission approved the award of Bid No. 2024-018 to PRP Construction Group, LLC for the construction of a parking lot, sidewalks, a golf cart staging area, and four pickleball courts. The project will also include site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and water/sewer services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
