SUBJECT:
Approval of award of Bid No. 2024-039 for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation for 2708 Avenue H, Fort Pierce, FL to Gentile Corp in an amount not to exceed $57,575.00.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Division has partnered with the Purchasing Division to solicit bids for the following CDBG Residential Rehabilitation, 2708 Avenue H, Fort Pierce, FL. The invitation was sent to 546 vendors. Eight (8) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding 25.00%) plus 0 “No Bid” (25.00% total response).
RECOMMENDATION:
: Staff recommends approval to Gentile Corp in the amount not to exceed $57,575.00.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the award and/or select from higher bids.
