The request is to annex Parcel IDs: 2404-111-0003-010-1 and 2404-111-0003-000-8, located at 1835 Sandridge Rd. and 1839 Sandrige Rd. The subject properties have a County Future Land Use designation of Commercial (COM) and Zoning designation of Commercial General (CG). The proposed City Future Land Use designation of General Commercial (GC) and Zoning designation of General Commercial (C-3). 

Staff recommendation is for the City Commission to APPROVE the proposed annexation.
