CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- An air conditioning unit has been installed without a permit. A contractor came in and applied for the permit. However, since then, the contractor has requested the permit to be voided since he is no longer permitted on site per the property owner. To remedy this violation you must coordinate with a new contractor to obtain a permit for work that has been done.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
