CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Install smoke alarms.
- Replace the roof.
- The water heater, windows, and electrical wiring has been installed without permits. Obtain a permit for work done.
- There is unsafe electrical wiring on the water heater and throughout the laundry room. Make all necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace the leaking window air conditioning unit.
- Repair or replace the loose light fixture in the kitchen.
- Install missing faceplates over all receptacles.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
