SUMMARY
MILLCREEK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT: This is a Final Planned Development Application. The proposed site plan indicates a total of 439 dwelling units, distributed in 309 townhomes, and 130 detached single-family homes. The proposed density is 7.1 du/ac, The main access is located on Orange Avenue to the south. The project’s first connection to the Major Road Network is on Orange Avenue between Jenkins Road and Hartman Road, at the existing intersection of Orange Avenue and Bent Creek Drive. There is an existing eastbound left turn at the proposed driveway that will remain and improved if required by FDOT.
LOCATION
The subject parcel number is 2407-124-0001-000-3, located north of Orange Avenue and west of N 41st Street.
