SUBJECT:
Approval of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) of the 2024 Program Year's final recommendations as required by the Florida Housing Corporation for Grantees receiving SHIP Funding.
SUMMARY:
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has recommended specific actions or initiatives to encourage and promote affordable housing while preserving and maintaining the community and property values within the City of Fort Pierce.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) along with the Grants Administration Division recommends the approval of the final report for submission to the Florida Housing Coalition, securing the City of Fort Pierce's Annual SHIP allocation.
