SUBJECT:
Approval of Construction Contract with Close Construction Services, LLC for Avenue D and Means Court Parking Lot Improvement project, Bid No. 2024-023.
SUMMARY:
During the FPRA meeting on June 11, 2024, the FPRA board approved the award of Bid No. 2024-023, for the Avenue D and Means Court Parking Lot Improvement, to Close Construction Services, LLC.
The scope of work includes the construction of a pervious paver public parking lot which will accommodate seventeen vehicles. The parking lot is to be constructed at the southeast corner of Avenue D and Means Court and will include curbing, landscaping, site lighting, custom bike rack, and pedestrian access to Avenue D, with a total cost of $385,610.50.
