SUBJECT:
First Amendment to Commercial Facade Agreement for 2203 Orange Ave - Fort Pierce Police Athletic League, Inc., DBA St Lucie Sheriff's PAL
SUMMARY:
On March 12, 2024, the FPRA approved a Grant Agreement for a Commercial Commercial Facade Improvement grant for the renovation of the property located at 2203 Orange Avenue.
Per the terms of the Grant Agreement, the recipient was required to obtain building permits within six months of the agreement's effective date. However, the recipient was unable to secure the permits within the specified timeframe and is now requesting a 180-day extension to obtain the required permits for the façade renovation.
The new deadline to receive the building permits would be March 12, 2025.
